The inventory of books and handouts is regularly updated. If an ordered book becomes unavailable for any reason, the full amount will be refunded to the buyer’s account within a maximum of 72 working hours.
Payment for products is only possible through secure banking portals introduced on the site. We do not accept informal payments (card-to-card, hand transfer, etc.). Users’ banking information is also encrypted with security protocols.
Orders are shipped through reputable postal companies to the address registered by the buyer. Delivery time varies depending on the type of shipment and the customer’s geographic location, and typically takes between 2 and 5 business days.

Shipped books can only be exchanged or returned if there is obvious physical damage or if there is a discrepancy with the order (e.g., incorrect shipment). Return requests must be submitted via the support form within 48 hours of receiving the product. Return of goods is possible if the book remains in completely intact (new) condition.
All books and resources available in the store are copyrighted, and any copying, scanning, or digital distribution of them without the permission of the publisher or school is illegal, and violators will be dealt with.
