1. Teacher Rules

1.1 Class Location and Conditions

  • Teachers must conduct online classes in a quiet, well-lit, and appropriate educational environment. The background should preferably be simple or a library, and high-quality audio and video equipment should be used.
  • The teacher's camera must be on during the class; in case of violation reports, the teacher's profile may be restricted or blocked.
  • Any technical issues (internet disconnection, audio, etc.) must be compensated by holding a make-up class. The replacement class date is determined in coordination with the student.
  • The teacher must provide all educational content during the class in PDF or PowerPoint format to the student if needed.
  • Relations between teacher and student must be solely within the BTalker educational environment. Any contact outside this framework or violation of privacy will result in permanent profile blocking.
  • Appropriate dress and ethical behavior are mandatory. Any violation will result in penalties and legal action.
  • Smoking in class is prohibited.

1.2 Attendance, Absence and Cancellation

  • The teacher must be present in class on time.
  • In case of unjustified absence, the teacher's rating will decrease and penalties will be applied.
  • The teacher must compensate for their delay by making up in the same day's session or the next session.
  • Group classes are held even if some students are absent, and the teacher is not responsible for their absence.
  • Any class cancellation by the teacher must be done in accordance with strict or flexible rules and with appropriate notification.

1.3 Payment and Withdrawals

  • Teacher wallet withdrawals are only possible twice a month and up to 90% of the balance.
  • BTalker commission for private classes starts at 15% and varies according to teacher performance.
  • Any payment outside the BTalker platform is prohibited and violation will result in teacher profile blocking.
  • The teacher must hold the class on Google Meet in case of technical problems with coordination.

1.4 Registration and Profile Security

  • The teacher is required to provide accurate and up-to-date information (identity, education, work history, contact number, etc.).
  • Account password should not be shared with others.
  • Any violation of registration rules will result in profile blocking and legal action.

2. Student Rules

2.1 Location and Equipment

  • Students must attend class in a quiet and well-lit environment with appropriate equipment (preferably computer or laptop).
  • Unauthorized entry to private classes is prohibited.

2.2 Attendance, Absence and Cancellation

  • Students must be present on time. Delay or absence will result in loss of class fee and teacher is not responsible.
  • In group classes, the class starts with the first student's entry and absence of others does not cancel the class.
  • Class cancellation by student is subject to teacher's rules.
  • Mutual cancellation is only possible with direct coordination with the teacher.

2.3 Payments and Wallet

  • Payments must be made only through BTalker gateway or official BTalker card number. Transfer to teacher's account is prohibited.
  • Withdrawal from wallet is done after registering personal banking information and after 30 days.

2.4 Ethics and Behavior

  • Students must enter their profile information correctly.
  • Dress and profile photo must comply with customary and ethical standards.
  • Any disrespect to teacher, support staff or other users will result in profile blocking and legal action.
  • Students must register complaints or dissatisfaction through support and personal confrontation with teacher or BTalker members is prohibited.
  • Any class recording without teacher's permission is prohibited and the teacher has the right to take legal action.

3. Test Rules

  • All tests must be conducted solely through the BTalker platform.
  • Copying, cheating or sharing test questions is prohibited and will result in profile blocking and legal action.
  • Students must have appropriate equipment and internet for taking the test. BTalker is not responsible for student's technical issues during the test.
  • Test results are valid and any review request or appeal must be registered through the official support system.
